N. S. Srinivasan, Program-Director
N. S. Srinivasan, is the founder & Chief Mentor of MEDHA MIND ENHANCEMENT COMPANY (P) LTD., an organization dedicated to Consulting on "Learning" in the new millennium. He is the author of the book "Brain Re-engineering." He is the only invited Asian member of SABA (Society for Advancement in Brain Analysis), started by the discoverer of Brain Function Training, Dr. Barry Sterman, Prof. Emeritus of Geffen School of Medicine, University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). He was personally mentored by Dr. Barry Sterman.
He has Three Masters' degrees - (a) Consciousness Studies, (b) Western Philosophy, & (c) Indian Philosophy & Two P. G. Diplomas (a) Imaging Technology; (b) Business Administration; these after living 15 years in different ashrams. This rich experience gives him the advantage of "Understanding the Mind & the Brain from an Indian-cum-scientific perspective." He has worked with Special & Normal Children for more than 25 years. He has also done extensive research on "Simplifying Peak Performance" in Top Management, International & National Cricketers, eminent Sports Personalities, Executives, School Toppers, Normal children, & Sports persons.
He has been recently made a resource by BFE (Biofeedback Foundation of Europe, a non-profit organization dedicated to propagating the benefits of Biofeedback & Neurofeedback across the world) for their "Learn From The Best" program. He was nominated the "2009 Man of Year in Medicine & Health Care" award by the American Biographical Institute, Raleigh, North Carolina, USA.
He is the primary author of the book "BRAIN RE-ENGINEERING," Sage (I) Publications (2003). He has been actively involved in "Objectively" measuring the brain using biofeedback and Neurofeedback, for the last 10 years. He has conducted programs mentoring programs for leading Indian Corporates like Hindustan Lever Ltd., PepsiCo, the House of Tatas, Marico, etc. He has been working full-time for more than last twenty five years in the research and development of a neurobiological framework.
He was a faculty member at the first international conference at Centre for Leadership, Innovation & Change, ISB, Hyderabad & presented on the "Scientific Principles behind Innovation in the brain." He, through Medha, was also associated with IIT (Madras) - Department of Management Studies, on developing a program for "Simplifying Power Performance," a course which was the first of its kind.
His work is today being appreciated in India & abroad, both with Special Children & Normal people & Leadership Development.
